If romantic travel getaways, long walks in the beach, wild pool parties and tropical drinks thrill you, you don’t want to miss my unforgettable trip in one of the most exotic vacation destinations in the world – Fiji – known for beautiful beaches and out of this world island parties.

The 2016 BlueSky party hosted by George FM was held in Mana Island in Fiji from November 6-9 and my partner and I were there to explore the island, swim in crystal blue waters, enjoy the sun and dance the nights away.

Day 1: Flights + Pool party

Our trip to Fiji started at 3am! Yes, you heard it right. It’s 3AM! We hopped on Fiji Airways plane – flight took 3 hours -until we landed at the airport where a bus took us to the dock where we boarded a boat to the resort.

The boat ride was long (2 hours) and fun but we missed the daytime activities on our first day at the resort because of travel delays. Bummer! But we got to experience the amazing launch pool party at the main pool.

I wore my dreamy two-piece swimsuit in hot pink and nude bejeweled in different hues that remind me of the romantic tropics. I also got my first taste of the BlueSky Power shot on the house. It’s called TROPO, the resort’s signature drink, a taurine blended with delicious mango liquor.

Calm before the storm 🙂

Day 2 : Yoga + Underwater Party + Sandbank Party

It started with a healthy and refreshing yoga session early in the morning followed by an exhilarating skydiving session.

The Underwater Party started shortly before noon where we grabbed our snorkeling gear for a fun encounter with underwater sea creatures just a few feet below the surface. Its my first time snorkelling, and I wish I done that earlier.

After lunch, at 3pm, we gathered for a boat adventure that took us to the deeper waters where a bar was set up and awesome George FM DJs “rocked the boat” party with their cool jams.

PS: The most of photos (the ones with watermark) are taken by Bluesky Official photographers.
